What are payments for delayed orders?

At checkout, you can specify when you would like your order to arrive by. If this date is at least 3 days in the future, we may delay the processing and shipment of your order to ensure the product arrives fresh before the date the date requested. For technical reasons, your credit card will still be processed at the time of ordering, despite the shipment occurring at a later date.

Do you have a privacy policy?

We respect your privacy. By placing an order, you will be added to our 906 Rewards Club email list promoting only our family businesses. All information collected on this site will be kept confidential and will not be sold, disclosed to third parties or reused without your permission.

What is your return policy?

If you are dissatisfied with your fudge’s quality, and we determine the fudge did not meet our quality standards for freshness, taste, and texture, you can return your items for a prompt exchange. If sending a return, please mail your package to the address below.

What is your shipping policy?

We ship our fudge throughout the United States using USPS Priority Mail or Express Mail. We will ship your order within two business days and often within the first 24 hours, unless otherwise specified in your order.

During busy holiday periods however, it may take slightly longer. The shipping time will usually vary between 1-3 business days depending on the shipping method selected and your shipment’s destination. If you need an order rushed for any reason, please call us to ensure on time delivery is possible.

While we cannot take responsibility for shipping issues due to an incorrect address or inclement weather, we will take full responsibility for any errors made by us or our shipping carriers.

Can I send fudge as a gift?

Absolutely.  Each order can include a custom message, gift wrapping and will include Care Instructions for the fudge.

If my fudge becomes dry, what do I do?

If your fudge is a little older than 10 days and is starting to dry out just trim off the dry edges.  The inside should still be moist and delicious.

How long can I store my fudge?

We recommend enjoying the fudge no more than 10 days from the day we ship it. If you need a longer shelf live we recommend you place the fudge in a a sealed container and place it in the freezer. If sealed and frozen at first delivery the fudge will keep its taste and quality for up to 3 months.

I have allergy concerns. What exactly does your fudge contain? Is the fudge gluten-free? Is it safe for nut allergies?

All Ryba’s Fudge (with the exception of Oreo flavor) is gluten-free and contains dairy (milk and butter). Our chocolate flavors are made with chocolate that contains Soy Lecithin (a soy product).

For those with a nut allergy, all of our fudge is made in our shops that handles walnuts, pecans and peanuts.  While we take precautions to avoid allergy contamination, but we cannot guarantee that any flavor is completely free of traces of nuts.

Do I need to worry about the fudge melting in transit?

With the exception of our Vegan Fudge, no! Our fudge is hand made and hand packed after being thoroughly cooked through.  Even when shipping to warmer climates there is no concern about melting.

We are unable to ship Vegan Fudge due to melting concerns.
